Legal利用規約
Terms & conditions
Last updated — 23 July 2026
The short version: every piece is made to order and prints promptly, we contact you only if your artwork needs clarifying, and you're responsible for having the rights to any artwork you upload.
1. Who you're buying from
These terms govern purchases from MiniGameCase at minigamecase.com, operated from Japan. Statutory information required under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act is published on our legal disclosure page. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. The products
Everything we sell is made to order: a 3D-printed miniature game case (keyring or magnet format, about 45 mm tall) wrapped in a printed cover for the game titles you specify. Minor variation in colour, surface texture, and print layering is inherent to 3D printing and is not a defect. Product photos and the on-site 3D preview are faithful renderings, but the physical piece may differ slightly.
3. Orders & artwork
- Orders go into production promptly — typically within 48 hours.
- We may contact you before printing if artwork needs clarifying — for example an ambiguous region or edition, art we can't source, or a custom upload we want to confirm. Production continues once resolved.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example if artwork can't be sourced, an address can't be served, or a request is unlawful — and will refund it in full.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars — currently $9 per piece, or any three for $25 — plus shipping, all shown before you pay. All totals are computed on our server at checkout; payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe. We never see your card details.
5. Artwork & intellectual property
- When you upload artwork, you confirm you have the right to have it printed, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely to make your order.
- Cover art we source on your behalf is prepared for your personal, non-commercial use. Pieces are one-off custom items and are not official licensed merchandise of any game publisher or console maker.
- We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, infringing, or hateful.
6. Shipping
Orders ship from Japan via Japan Post — domestic post within Japan, and International Air Packet (tracked) internationally, at the rates and estimated times shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are Japan Post's, not guarantees.Import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellations, returns & refunds
Because every piece is custom-made, returns work differently from off-the-shelf goods — the full details, including free reprints for defects and transit damage, are in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel freely before printing starts; after that, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, but anything defective, damaged, or wrong is replaced or refunded at our cost.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Japan's Consumer Contract Act.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court with jurisdiction over our place of business in Japan.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the version posted at the time you order is the one that applies to that order. Questions? — [email protected].
