Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to make and ship your order, and we never sell your data. Here's the whole picture.

Who we are

MiniGameCase ("we", "us") operates minigamecase.com, a shop for custom 3D-printed mini game-case keyrings and magnets, shipped from Japan. We handle personal information in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). For anything in this policy, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Order details — your name, shipping address, email address, the games you choose, and any notes you leave.
  • Uploaded artwork — cover images you attach to an order, stored with that order so we can print exactly what you asked for.
  • Payment confirmation — payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we only receive confirmation that payment succeeded, with a reference ID.

We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

  • Making and shipping your order, including order updates by email and any artwork questions we need to ask.
  • Answering support requests and handling reprints or refunds.
  • Meeting legal obligations, such as keeping transaction records for tax purposes.

We do not send marketing email unless you have explicitly asked for it, and we never sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Cookies & local storage

  • Cart — your cart lives in your own browser's local storage. It never reaches our servers until you check out.
  • Admin session — a single session cookie is used only for shop-owner login and is never set for customers.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe — to process payment (see Stripe's privacy policy).
  • Japan Post — your name and address, so your parcel can be delivered.

That's the full list. We share only what each party needs to do its job. Because we ship worldwide, your delivery details are transferred to the postal operator in your country as part of normal mail handling.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Japanese tax and commercial law requires. Uploaded artwork is kept with its order so we can honour reprints; you can ask us to delete it sooner once your order is complete.

Your rights

You can ask us to disclose, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, as provided by the APPI. Email [email protected] and we'll respond without undue delay.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be noted on the site.
